Passion for racing and top quality since 1969
Company founder Andrea Pinasco was himself a passionate mechanic in his youth, experimenting on his Piaggio scooter in his parents' garage at the age of 14 to make his two-wheeler faster. However, as there were no suitable tuning parts on the market at that time, it initially remained an unprofitable art. However, Andrea Pinasco's passion for two-wheeler tuning would not let him go, so he began to tinker around on his own and developed one of the first twin carburettors of his own design. In 1969, when Andrea was just 17 years old, he began to skilfully market his invention. The dual carburettor kit he developed, which was largely made up of commercially available components, became a bestseller. This success formed the basis for the foundation of the company and the development of further products. In 1973, a series-produced cylinder kit for increasing performance was launched, of which over 60,000 cylinder kits were sold by 1983. Since 1992, Pinasco has also been producing electronic components for optimising the performance of two-wheelers. The company has been part of the Bettella Group since 1999.
