High-end crankshaft with 1 mm additional stroke developed by a Swiss high-end tuning forge and built by the best manufacturer to fit Sachs 503, 50 (without blower) and 50/3 engines.
The shaft can also be used in the 50/2 (also known as 502) engine with minor adjustments.

High-quality and precisely fitting, 1026 gram full cheek crankshaft with polished connecting rod, which has proven itself in various load tests. Designed for use in engines with a large power increase and tested up to 19,000 rpm.
The high-end crankshaft is designed for Sachs 503 engines and has the correct length of the clutch-side cheek pin, which is 3.5 mm longer than that of the Sachs 50/2 crankshafts currently in circulation.
The large balancing bores in the cheeks were sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.

Installation tip: 

  • The transition between the crank webs and the journals is provided with a slight radius for reinforcement. To ensure clean spacing, a Ø 16 x 1 mm spacer washer should be used on both the left and right-hand sides; these are placed neatly over the chamfer and are therefore perfectly centered. The other spacers can be used normally with Ø 15 mm.
  • The crushing edge should be checked in all cases and adjusted with cylinder base gaskets of different thicknesses if necessary.
