Reinforced gearbox for the gearbox on your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer, Grillo moped / moped with variomatic drive or your mono model which is to be converted to Vario.
This high-quality racing gearbox housing has been redesigned and improved from the ground up with a new, modern design. Instead of the usual four, five housing screws are now used, which on the one hand leads to increased tightness due to improved force distribution and on the other hand ensures greater overall stability. To ensure 100% sealing, a special aluminum seal is used between the lid and the housing. A larger needle bearing for the primary shaft ensures smoother running, even at higher speeds. Finally, a precisely milled guide for the brake pad ensures that it is pressed cleanly into the brake drum and brings you safely to a standstill while you are at high altitude.
