High-end overhaul set for souped-up Puch Maxi mopeds / mopeds with E50 engines, which are installed in Puch Maxi S, Puch Maxi N and Puch Supermaxi LG1 cat engines.
The set includes all bearings and oil seals (colloquially known as oil seals) that are required for an engine overhaul.
For crankshafts which have a larger shaft seal seat on the clutch side - also known as the "old model".
The spare parts are high-quality products that can withstand the highest loads.
Ball bearing specification:The ball bearings are SKF C4 Racing bearings with more bearing clearance. The lower rolling resistance is designed for engines with high speeds.
Shaft seal specification: The special FPM / FKM shaft seals (colloquially known as Viton) have a fluorine rubber outer jacket and are designed for temperatures up to 200°C.
Manufactured NBR oil seals are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
Installation positions of the oil seals:
17/40/7 A (one sealing lip, without dust lip): Crankshaft on the ignition side
22/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Crankshaft Clutch side
17/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Transmission gear Pinion shaft
