Racing crankshaft suitable for manual Sachs 50/2 (502), 50/3 (not to be confused with 503) mopeds.
High-quality and precisely fitting crankshaft weighing 878 grams, which has proven itself in various load tests.
This crankshaft was designed for use in original and tuned engines.
The rear balancing bore in the cheeks was sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
The solid connecting rod is fitted with a more stable 16 mm connecting rod bolt.
In addition, the connecting rod bearings are silver bearings, which have excellent emergency running properties.

Installation tip:The transition between the crank webs and the crankpin is provided with a slight radius for reinforcement. To ensure clean spacing, a Ø 16 x 1 mm spacer washer should be used on both the left and right-hand sides; these are placed neatly over the chamfer and are therefore perfectly centered. The other spacers can be used normally with Ø 15 mm.
