Full-flange crankshaft for Puch E50 engines, which are installed in Puch Maxi S / N mopeds / mopeds.
The crankshaft is made of forged steel, which makes it stronger and more resilient than conventional standard crankshafts.
For perfect balancing and pre-compression of the crankshaft, the balancing bores are sealed with tungsten plugs.
The connecting rod eye has a diameter of 17 mm. This means that different needle bearings can be used if a 12, 13 or 14 mm piston pin is used.
Due to the stroke of only 39.3 mm, almost any scooter cylinder can be installed on the Puch E50 engine with the help of appropriate spacers.
Thanks to the shorter stroke, much higher speeds can be achieved, which results in various advantages, especially with the 1-speed automatic engine.
It is also possible to build a 50 cc quadrathuber with this racing crankshaft.
