Payment & Shipping

Orders for export are exported on Tuesdays and Fridays and usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

We deliver to Germany, Austria and France. We do not currently deliver to other EU countries.

As much as we would like to welcome you to our hallowed halls, we specialize in shipping and do not offer a pick-up service. However, we do everything we can to ensure that your order reaches you in no time!

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. These depend on the products ordered, the credit check, the selected delivery or pick-up method, the time of the order and the delivery address.
