Racing cylinder of the Athena brand for Sachs 504 (with adaptations), 505 & 508 engines, which were installed on Hercules mopeds / mopeds, among others.
Thanks to the large intake, overflow and exhaust, this tuning cylinder provides a significant increase in performance.
The intake manifold is not included in the scope of delivery.
Plugs with a long thread must be used.

Attention: For the Swiss 504 engines (42 mm stroke), the following modifications must be made to the cylinder:
- Adjust cylinder base and gasket as shown in Figure 5.
- The cylinder base must be turned off so that the compression is adjusted again due to the shorter stroke, we recommend setting a crushing edge of 0.8 - 1.0 mm.
- For models with an external clutch lever, the intake must be extended, otherwise the carburettor may come into contact with the clutch lever.
